At Design Per Hour by Overwrite, we strive to deliver high-quality design services to meet your expectations. However, we understand there may be instances where a refund or revision is necessary. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand your options.

1. No Physical Goods – Service-Based

Since we provide digital design services on an hourly basis, there are no physical products to return. All work is delivered digitally based on the client’s instructions and requirements.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If your booking was confirmed, but the designer did not initiate or complete the session as scheduled.
  • Technical Errors: If there are technical issues from our side that prevented the session from taking place (e.g., platform downtime, software failure).

3. Non-Refundable Services

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Completed Design Sessions: Once a design session has been completed and the project has been delivered, no refunds will be issued. You are encouraged to review and guide the designer during the session to ensure your satisfaction.
  • Change of Mind: If you change your mind after the session has begun or completed, a refund will not be granted. You may purchase additional hours for further revisions.
  • Custom Design Projects: For large, custom design projects that require significant time and resources, we assess each case individually. Any deposit made for a custom project is non-refundable once work has started.

4. Revisions

We understand that sometimes adjustments are necessary. Clients may request minor revisions during the design session, but once the session ends, additional changes will require the purchase of extra design hours.

5. Cancellations

  • Standard Bookings: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session may incur a fee.
  • Custom Projects: If you cancel a custom design project before work has started, a partial refund may be available. However, once work has begun, cancellations will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the scheduled service at contact@overwrite.in or call us at 98981833. Include your booking reference, the issue you encountered, and any relevant details about your session.

7. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, we will process it within 7–10 business days. The refund will be made to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
